Recruiting Essentials is a business consulting service for international recruitment and talent sourcing. Founded by Oscar Mager in 2005 the company operates from The Netherlands and serves clients globally in their recruiting needs.

Recruiting Essentials provides businesses with expertise and services to identify talent and improve the recruiting function, whilst reducing recruiting costs by leveraging social media for recruitment. We work internationally on exciting recruiting and talent sourcing projects in a wide range of industries, covering 15+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
